Project Safety is the top priority of Burleson Construction Company, Inc. All team members of Burleson Construction Company, Inc. are given an initial safety orientation at the time of employment. Safety meetings are held weekly on the jobsite for all team members. During the daily scope of work briefing that is part of our Quality Assurance Program, safety is discussed with all team members as it pertains to the tasks we will be performing that day. Burleson Construction Company, Inc.’s project safety coordinator checks the projects regularly to ensure safety standards are adhered to or exceeded in all phases of the project. The safety coordinator works with subcontractors on the project to ensure their safety programs and practices are to standard. Burleson Construction Company, Inc. operates drug-free projects. Each employee of Burleson Construction Company, Inc. is tested in accordance with our Drug-Free Workplace Policy. All subcontractors agree to abide by the terms of Burleson Construction Company, Inc.’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy when they enter into a subcontract with us.
